We Want to Thank You for Your Referral!

We love to reward or thank our patients for their trust in our care. One of the highest honors is receiving referrals from our patients for their friends and their families to come to our practice. Our way of thanking them is through the Share the Health Program. For existing patients that refer their loved ones (or their acquaintances) to our practice and their referral completes their New Patient Exam, we offer a $50 gift card to a local establishment of their choice.
