What is your favorite part about dentistry?

The transformational process of restoring someone’s smile and confidence. I’ve witnessed multiple people receive opportunities because they were able to carry themselves more confidently in life because of their smile and other factors. So to be apart of the team that helps provide that life changing process is a blessing.

How do you help someone overcome their concerns regarding dentistry?

By helping them settle into their concerns using my understanding of general dental logic, empathy, and cultural spiritual understanding. Utilizing these and more helps me to help them see the bigger picture, and achieve their dental goals/concerns one step at a time.

What do you look forward to most during a day at HCD?

Being someone from a different country, I look forward to learning different perspectives from the patients and people I work with. I also look forward to learning and honing my skills.

What’s the craziest thing on your bucket list?

Thankfully I’ve already done most of the “crazy” things on my bucket list. What remains is simply traveling more.

Who is your favorite band and/or musician and why?

I have so many, however Foo Fighters, speaks to me the most currently. Their music was very common during my teenage years traveling New Zealand, Australia, Shanghai and Europe.

What would you do with your 15 minutes of fame?

Remind people to be kind, to be understanding, be bold and contagious enough to do what’s right, not what’s convenient.

In your opinion, what is the most beautiful place on earth and why?

I’ll let you know once I’ve traveled the world 😉
