Dr. Greg Bragiel has been with Health Centered Dentistry for more than 20 years.
He was instrumental working with Dr. Miller and Dr. Walsh in setting the standard in Alaska for safe amalgam removal. His patients appreciate his vast knowledge on whole body health and his empathetic chair-side manner.
We asked him and his lovely wife, MaryBeth, to answer a few questions so we could gain a more personal insight to one of our favorite doctors.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your career?
A: Helping people by figuring out what they need, especially when they have health issues.
Q: What motivates you to work hard?
A: I want to do my best. That’s what God calls all of us to do, no matter what we are doing.
Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: Climbing Denali. I finally summited on my third attempt.
Q: Who is your hero?
A: Bart Simpson and Willie Nelson
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Skiing, hiking, motorcycles –> Dr. Bragiel recently completed a motorcycle trip that took him all over the lower 48!
Q: What do you do to stay healthy?
A: All sorts of outdoor activities. I exercise every day. –> You can often find Dr. Bragiel stretching or exercising in his office between his appointments!
Q: What’s your favorite family tradition?
A: Christmas dinner with Polish food.
Q: What is your favorite book to read?
A: “The Lost Fleet” series by Jack Campbell
Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Pizza, spaghetti, lasagna
Q: What song would you say best sums you up?
A: His favorite song is “On the Road Again.”
