Meet Dr. Clint Henrie!

January 16, 2017

Dr. Clint Henrie is the life blood of Health Centered Dentistry.

Dr. Clint Henrie’s compassion for his patients and team members is only surpassed by his dedication to quality work. He has worked with HCD since 2008 and is known for his wittiness and charismatic attitude. We spoke with him and his amazing wife, Heidi (who is also a fill-in hygienist at our office!), to learn more about him.

Q: What is your favorite thing about your career?
A: Dr. Henrie started out as an art major. He loves the opportunity to be creative in his work and be able to focus on the details as he works with his hands. He also enjoys helping his patients to have a great experience at the dental office.

Q: What motivates you to work hard?
A: My wife and kids are his main motivation. Having a second family of patients and staff that rely on him for their health and well being also keeps him motivated. He wants to help his staff reach their goals and support their families.

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: Completing a two year service mission in Chile and my family.

Q: Who is your hero?

A: I have never had a hero. If I were to choose someone that I would like to be like, it would be my father who always saw the best in everyone and never offended a soul.

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Wildlife Photography, hiking, mountain biking, reloading/shooting, playing with my kids, boating up rivers to remote places in AK. –> Did you know some of Dr. Henrie’s photos can be seen on the large screen TV in the lobby area? He is an amazing photographer!

Q: What do you do to stay healthy?
A: Hike, mountain bike, play racquetball and basketball.

Q: What’s your favorite family tradition?
A: Camping with the family in the summer.

Q: What is your favorite book to read?
A: He likes self help books. He is always trying to improve.

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Pulled pork

Q: What song would you say best sums you up?
A: “I Am the Hawk and the Eagle” By John Denver

Q: On a scale of 1-10 how funny would you say you are?
A: Per Heidi, “I think he is very funny – whitty.” –> We agree and we give him a 10!
