What is your favorite part about dentistry?
I love how dentistry is interconnected with the rest of your health. Theres always more to learn and improve not only your oral health, but your overall health as well.
How do you help someone overcome their concerns regarding dentistry?
Compassion, communication, and understanding. Putting yourself in someone else’s shoes can help give perspective.
What do you look forward to most during a day at HCD?
Meeting all the new patients and learning something new. The team is very friendly and helpful so this is an environment I’m excited to grow in.
What’s the craziest thing on your bucket list?
I really want to go to New Zealand. I want to spend a long time there dressed as a Hobbit exploring the countryside.
Who is your favorite band and/or musician and why?
Queen and Boston. My parents love classic rock. So we listened to it often. Whenever I listen to their music it instantly reminds me of the long car rides with the radio blasting, and my mom singing her heart out.
What would you do with your 15 minutes of fame?
I think I would give it to someone else. I’m not a huge fan of spot lights. But if I had to I would want to dance on stage in a big theater. A huge performance with multiple people and brilliant costumes. Something akin to Cirque du Soleil.
In your opinion, what is the most beautiful place on earth and why?
Anywhere with a mountain range. I love to see the land be jagged and curved. Seeing how the shapes of the land effect everything around it. It’s also amazing to see the glow on mountains when the sun is setting or rising. The colors are amazing.
